Budget estimate

$500,000 – $5,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work and the requirements for the contractor. The project involves the rehabilitation of an office building, which can be a significant construction project. The contractor must have a B-General Building Contractor license and comply with various regulations, including State Prevailing Wage Requirements and California Labor Code 1770. The contract term is 365 days, which suggests that the project will require a substantial amount of labor and materials. Based on these factors, the budget for this project could be in the range of $500,000 to $5,000,000. The actual budget will depend on the bids received and the final contract awarded.
