SUPPLEMENTAL REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PRE-QUALIFIED REAL ESTATE LEGAL COUNSEL

This Supplemental Request for Qualifications (“Supplemental RFQ”) is being issued to supplement the previous Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for the same services issued in 2025. ESD is issuing this Supplemental RFQ to seek to pre-qualify additional real estate firms to maintain a robust list of pre-qualified firms. Firms that were pre-qualified in the category of Real Estate and Land Use should not respond to this offering as they remain pre-qualified. This solicitation seeks to supplement, not replace, the existing list of pre-qualified legal counsel approved in 2025.
