Museum Exhibit Furniture

The State of Wyoming, Department of State Parks & Cultural Resources, is seeking a contractor to design, fabricate, and install two large display cases for the Wyoming State Museum. The display cases should conform to the dimensions and details provided in Attachment A and include clear acrylic or polycarbonate doors, vented ceilings, finished surfaces, and adjustable interior LED strip lighting. The contractor will be responsible for removing existing cases and preparing the site for installation. The project is expected to be completed by May 1, 2026. • The contractor will be required to provide detailed shop drawings for approval before beginning fabrication. • The contractor will be required to provide an installation schedule and plan. • The contractor will be required to ensure that the final furniture is installed no later than May 1, 2026. • The contractor will be required to designate a project manager to represent and oversee the project. • The contractor will be required to provide a work plan that meets the needs of the RFP and indicates a thorough understanding of the scope of work.
