AI Document Processing and Digitization RFP

The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide AI document processing and digitization services. The vendor will be responsible for implementing a solution that can process and digitize documents, including non-standard documents, and provide outputs in a specified format. The solution must also be able to identify and extract key information, including property information and environmental data. The vendor will be required to provide a detailed pricing schedule, including support service fees, implementation fees, and postproduction warranty. • The solution must be able to support custom ingestion of non-standard documents • The solution must output a document summary in narrative format • The solution must output a risk value based on defined criteria • The solution must format data in a specified way to facilitate data transfer • The solution must identify supporting references from the original document associated with solution outputs • The solution must produce a confidence score for the data output • The solution must allow for human-in-the-loop evaluation and training
