Description
The State of Alabama, on behalf of the 117th Air Refueling Wing at Sumpter Smith Air National Guard Base, seeks a vendor to perform an annual NFPA‑compliant inspection of its fleet of fire extinguishers. The work is limited to inspection, testing, tag updating, and reporting; any repairs, replacements, or alterations are excluded and would be billed separately. The contractor must work weekdays (Tuesday‑Friday) between 07:00‑17:30, provide a firm fixed‑price quote valid through 30 Sept 2026, and submit invoices only after services are completed.
• Inspect 205 fire extinguishers (3 × 30 lb, 195 × 10 lb, 1 × 20 lb, 6 × 135 lb) and update tags.
• Follow NFPA standards and manufacturer procedures; submit a final inspection report to the Facility Manager.
