Palm Beach County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive laboratory services under a term contract. The contract will cover a range of testing and analysis services required by the County’s various departments, including environmental, public health, and forensic analyses. Bidders must be registered in the County’s Vendor Self‑Service system, demonstrate compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, and meet Small Business Development (SBD) and local preference requirements. The solicitation includes strict nondiscrimination, drug‑free workplace, lobbying, and debarment certifications, as well as mandatory submission of detailed subcontractor schedules and certifications. The award will be based on responsive, responsible bids submitted by the deadline.
• Scope: Laboratory testing (environmental, clinical, forensic, etc.) on a term‑basis

• Preference: 5 % local‑preference for Palm Beach County or Glades businesses; additional SBE participation required
