The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to award a sole source contract to Philips North America LLC for the maintenance of Philips Medical Imaging Equipment and Systems at the VA Northern California Healthcare System. The contract will be for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The equipment includes MRI machines, X-ray machines, and other medical imaging devices. The contractor will be required to provide on-site maintenance and repair services.
