Cooling Tower, Roofing, and Structural Construction

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is seeking sources for a design-build project that involves the demolition and replacement of three cooling towers, associated structural steel platforms, roofing replacement, and other mechanical and electrical components. The contractor should ensure that the project adheres to all relevant guidelines and codes, including the International Plumbing Code, ASHRAE standards, ASME codes, and the National Electrical Code. The contractor should provide as-built drawings, updated schematics, and an integration and SCADA commissioning report. The work should be performed by a qualified HVAC/mechanical contractor with experience in large-scale condenser water system installations. • The project involves the replacement of two Evapco cooling towers and one BAC cooling tower. • The contractor should provide equipment, structural, and all necessary submittals and cut sheets for all replacement components. • The contractor should ensure that the project adheres to all relevant guidelines and codes. • The contractor should provide as-built drawings, updated schematics, and an integration and SCADA commissioning report.
