Description
The Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) is seeking to purchase equipment, digital products, and support services from an authorized Trimble Geospatial Partner Bidder. The scope of work includes providing Trimble GPS and Laser Range Finder equipment, software, and training services. The successful bidder will be required to provide a price bid for all equipment and software listed, as well as a lump sum price for training services and on-call support. The contract duration is approximately 20 days, and the contractor will be responsible for providing all goods and services as specified in the solicitation.
• The equipment to be provided includes Trimble R580 GNSS Single Receiver, Laser Tech TruPulse 360i Laser Range Finder, and other related accessories.
• The software to be provided includes TerraFlex Standard Yearly Subscription and Trimble Terra Office Standard Yearly Subscription.
• The training services to be provided include one six-hour training session on site at Maryland Department of the Environment.
• The on-call support services to be provided include 40 hours of equipment and software support.
