Investment Valuation Services

The Teacher Retirement System of Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide investment valuation services for certain privately held (non-public) and 144a type securities. The selected respondent will provide monthly and quarterly fair valuations for these securities. The scope of work includes two main service categories: investment valuation services and advisory and consultancy services. The initial contract term will be four years from the effective date of the contract. • The vendor must have at least 10 years of experience in valuing private, early-stage, pre-IPO companies. • The vendor must have at least 10 years of experience in investment valuation services. • The vendor must comply with evaluation criteria questions located under the Questionnaire subtab in PAVES. • The vendor must provide fully loaded, firm, fixed prices or hourly rates that are inclusive of all costs of performance.
