Description
The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified contractor to fully reconstruct Riverway Boulevard between NW Tullison Road and NW Platte Drive, including associated infrastructure, trails, sidewalks, roundabouts, retaining walls, parking lot upgrades, drainage, and related site work. An optional Add‑Alternate offers an alternative roundabout design and additional trail construction. Bidders must be on MoDOT’s Qualified Contractor List, provide a 5 % bid bond, and meet stringent safety and labor requirements. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• Primary scope: complete roadway reconstruction, new concrete trail, sidewalk, roundabout, retaining walls, parking lot and drainage improvements.
• Add‑Alternate (optional): alternate roundabout reconstruction and expanded concrete trail on NW Platte Drive.
• Eligibility: MoDOT Qualified Contractor List, 5 % bid bond, 10‑hour OSHA safety program within 60 days, no 2nd‑tier subcontracting, DBE goal 0 % (1 trainee).
