Salisbury Elevator Service Contract

The State of Maryland is seeking a contractor to provide elevator maintenance services for the W Paul Martin District Court/Multi-Service Center in Salisbury, Maryland. The contract will be for a period of three years, and the contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, insurance, permits, and equipment necessary to maintain and repair four hydraulic elevators. The contractor will also be required to provide a 24-hour emergency call-in service and respond to regular service calls within four hours.
