The U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) is seeking information to identify commercial capabilities that could support a future acquisition for Legal Services, referred to as the National Qualified Representative Program (NQRP). The program aims to provide legal representation and related services to individuals in covered immigration proceedings who have been found mentally incompetent to represent themselves. The Statement of Objectives (SOO) outlines the expected outputs to ensure agency compliance with the requirements.
