Description
The Hawaii State Public Library System is seeking a vendor to provide annual fire extinguisher and ADX equipment inspection, maintenance, repairs, and documentation at various Big Island State Libraries. The scope of work includes verifying and documenting fire extinguishers and ADX equipment, performing repairs and adjustments as needed, and maintaining compliance with County fire codes. The contractor must have a base facility on Big Island, a minimum of five years of experience, and factory-trained technicians with current State Fire Council (SFC) Certificates of Fitness.
• The contractor will be responsible for all labor, taxes, parts, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work.
• The contractor must have computer email and be capable of running Microsoft Office Programs.
• The contractor must have a minimum of two factory-trained fire extinguisher technicians and two factory-trained ADX technicians.
• The contractor must provide a reference list of five buildings/organizations that were successfully serviced/maintained.
