Description
This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) seeks small‑business firms capable of delivering a full‑life‑cycle replacement of Secure Video‑Teleconferencing (SVTC) equipment and associated technical services for the U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence at Fort Rucker, Alabama. The effort is a hybrid non‑personal services and supply contract that will replace three room‑based and three desktop SIPR‑rated VTC systems, install new cabling and structural modifications, provide programming, training, and a five‑year warranty/service plan.
• Provide all equipment, installation, new cabling, ceiling‑mounted speakers/mics, and related structural work.
• Must deliver DoD‑approved (IL‑6) and TAA‑compliant hardware, meet NIST 800‑53, Army Reg 25‑2, and DISA JITC certifications, and employ U.S. citizen, security‑cleared technicians.
• Submit a 5‑page capability statement via SAM by 12 August 2026; indicate small‑business status and any relevant SBIR topics.
