Description
The Department of Veteran Affairs Bakersfield VA Clinic is seeking contractors to provide brand name or equal refrigerators and freezers that meet or exceed the physical, functional, and performance requirements outlined in the solicitation. The equipment is needed to preserve sensitive materials and samples at precise temperatures. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing the equipment at the Bakersfield VA Clinic. The contract is expected to be completed by August 1, 2026.

• Undercounter medical-grade freezer with 5.3 cubic feet capacity and temperature range −15°C to −30°C
• Pharmacy refrigerator with 13.3 cubic feet capacity and temperature range +2°C to +10°C
• Laboratory refrigerator with 5.3 cubic feet capacity and temperature range +2°C to +10°C
• Pharmacy refrigerator undercounter with 5.3 cubic feet capacity and temperature range +2°C to +10°C
The contractor must provide a technical quote describing the offered product and demonstrating that it meets the salient characteristics described in the Statement of Work. The contractor must also provide a completed Price Schedule, including unit price and overall price.
