Purchase of Fire Prevention Items

The US Army is seeking to purchase fire prevention items, including educational kits, apparel and accessories, household and personal items, and novelty items. The items must meet the minimum salient characteristics listed in Attachment 1 - Product Specifications Fire Prevention Items. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and represents the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. • The contract requires the delivery of fire prevention items to Tower Barracks, Fire Department Grafenwoehr, 521 Bldg., 92655 GRAFENWOEHR, GERMANY. • The offeror must provide a firm-fixed-price quote in Euros, inclusive of all shipping and delivery costs. • The offeror must submit a technical submission, including the complete manufacturer's product specification sheet for the exact model being offered. • The offeror must comply with the Trade Agreements Act and certify that the proposed end product is a U.S.-made, qualifying country, or designated country end product.
