The Alabama Peace Officers’ Annuity & Benefit Fund (APOABF) is seeking a qualified, licensed, and bonded cleaning contractor to provide multi‑year janitorial services at its Montgomery office. This Quick‑Quote solicitation will result in a small‑purchase, multi‑year agreement (maximum $25,000 total, up to five years) with fixed pricing. Services must be performed after 5 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with reduced service during holiday weeks, and include daily cleaning tasks plus monthly deep‑clean duties. Attendance at a mandatory site visit on September 21, 2026 is required, and no subcontracting is permitted. The successful vendor will invoice monthly in arrears.
