Description
The Douglas County School District is seeking proposals for HVAC modifications and reroofing at Fairplay Middle School. The project includes construction of roof renovations, rooftop plumbing renovations, rooftop HVAC renovations, indoor HVAC renovations, and other related work. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating the entire demolition process, including all required patching and repairs to existing floor slabs, walls, and other structural elements. The project consists of a single bid package and will be conducted in a single phase.
