Description
The Oregon National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide catering, lodging, and event space for the April Youth Symposium Event. The event will take place from April 25 to April 27, 2025, and will require the contractor to provide meals, lodging, and event space for approximately 120 attendees. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to ensure the success of the event. Key considerations for the contractor will include providing high-quality food and beverage services, ensuring the safety and security of the attendees, and coordinating with the Oregon National Guard to ensure a smooth and successful event. Some of the key services that the contractor will need to provide include:
• Catering services for 120 attendees, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Lodging for 40 double occupancy rooms and 7 single occupancy rooms
• Event space for the symposium, including setup and teardown
• Coordination with the Oregon National Guard to ensure a successful event
