Spectacle Pond Water Treatment Plant GAC Media Replacement

The Town of Ayer Department of Public Works is seeking bids for the replacement of GAC (Granulated Activated Carbon) media at the Spectacle Pond Water Treatment Plant. The project consists of removing and replacing the GAC media in one existing filter, and all work must be substantially complete within 90 consecutive calendar days and fully completed within 120 consecutive calendar days of the date fixed in the Notice to Proceed. The bidding and award of this contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L.
