Alcohol and Controlled Substances Testing

The Nueces County Commissioners Court is seeking proposals for an Alcohol and Controlled Substances Testing Program. The program will provide comprehensive services for approximately 30 drivers employed by the County who operate commercial motor vehicles and are subject to testing for alcohol misuse and controlled substances use. The program will also include testing for about 750 safety-sensitive employees and up to 1,200 employees on a reasonable suspicion basis. The contract term will be for 36 months with the option to renew.
