GeneXpert XVI Preventative Maintenance Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking capable contractors to provide preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and routine technical support services for VA-owned Cepheid GeneXpert XVI equipment at the Long Beach VA Medical Center. The services include 24/7/365 telephone support, one annual on-site PM training and/or instrument evaluation, corrective maintenance, software coverage, parts, and labor. The contractor must have access to complete service manuals, software diagnostic keys, and must provide all necessary hand tools, diagnostic test equipment, and other required items. The anticipated period of performance is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. • The contractor must provide preventative maintenance inspections at the manufacturer's recommended frequency. • The contractor must provide corrective maintenance and repair services. • The contractor must provide software coverage and updates. • The contractor must provide parts and labor as needed. • The contractor must provide loaner equipment if necessary.
