Langley AFB Washer/Dryer Lease & Mx

The US Air Force is seeking information from companies that can provide washer and dryer lease and maintenance services at Langley AFB in Virginia. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to install and maintain the washers and dryers. The contract will consist of a 12-month base period and four one-year option periods. The contractor will also be required to perform quarterly inspections and preventative maintenance, and perform repairs on an as-needed basis. Some key points to consider are: • The contractor must be registered under NAICS 532210 in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. • The contractor must provide a capabilities package outlining their company's key business abilities relevant to the performance of this requirement. • The contractor must address the questions found in Attachment 1, which includes information about their experience, capabilities, and intentions. • The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice.
