As-Needed Utility Engineering Services

The City of Brighton Utilities Department is seeking qualified engineering consultants to provide water, sewer, and storm drainage utility design and consulting services on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis. The selected consultant will be required to perform design and consulting assignments quickly and bill according to actual time and resource usage. The scope of work includes providing engineering services for utility design, consulting, and other related tasks. • The consultant must have experience in water, sewer, and storm drainage utility design and consulting services. • The consultant must be able to provide services on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis. • The consultant must be able to respond quickly to urgent needs and provide design and consulting assignments in a timely manner. • The consultant must have the necessary financial resources to complete the proposed services. • The consultant must have a practical knowledge of the particular service requested and the necessary experience to carry out the obligations of the contract.
