Description
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids for janitorial services at the CHP Santa Nella Platform Scales (PS) Northbound and Southbound locations. The scope of work includes providing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform janitorial services. The contract term is anticipated to be effective from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with one optional year to extend. The successful bidder must meet the minimum DVBE participation requirement of 5%.

• Proposed start date of agreement: May 1, 2026, or upon approval, whichever is later
