Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Multi-Function Electronic Warfare (MFEW) Systems

The United States Marine Corps intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract to Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) for the procurement of Multi-Function Electronic Warfare (MFEW) Systems, spares, maintenance and repair, EIT Support, and program management. SNC is the original designer, developer, and producer of the MFEW systems and possesses the necessary technical data, software, intellectual property rights, experience, and active production facility to fulfill the Government's requirements. The contract is expected to be awarded in late November 2027 with a period of performance of one year with four option years. • The contract is for the procurement of MFEW Systems, spares, maintenance and repair, EIT Support, and program management. • The contract is expected to be awarded in late November 2027. • The period of performance is one year with four option years. • SNC is the only firm that possesses the necessary technical data, software, intellectual property rights, experience, and active production facility to fulfill the Government's requirements.
