Request For Informal Quote (RFIQ) For Color Production Photocopiers

The North East Independent School District (NEISD) is seeking informal quotes for the purchase of two new Color Production Photocopiers. The successful vendor must provide access to all diagnostic software used to troubleshoot, repair, and update the photocopiers, as well as training for district technicians. The photocopiers must meet specific hardware and software minimum specifications, including a minimum of 120 pages per minute, CMYK, bright pink, silver, gold, textured, and clear toners, and the ability to print up to 12.6" x 19". The purchase price must include the photocopiers, maintenance, accessories, connectors, start-up kits, software, installation charges, toner, staple cartridges, training, laptops, iPads, disposal of old copiers, voltage surge suppressors, and all on-site maintenance items. • The photocopiers will be used to support 55,000 students, 69 campuses, and 72 departments, producing over two million color impressions a year. • The district is seeking a vendor that can provide a plan for the installation of the new photocopiers, along with a timeline for project completion. • The successful bidder must provide technical support for the first two years of ownership, including training for district technicians and access to manufacturer technical support services. • The district reserves the right to waive any irregularities or formalities in this quote.
