Description
The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is soliciting bids for a wastewater pump for the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF). The pump must meet specific requirements, including being a 6" self-priming centrifugal wastewater pump with a semi-open, two-vane impeller and a maximum operating pressure of 79 psi. The bid must include all applicable taxes and be firm for at least 30 days. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
• The pump must be a new, never previously used, product.
• The bid must include pricing, delivery information, and any other required documentation.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• The contract may be extended for up to 36 months at the same prices, terms, and conditions.
• The State of Louisiana reserves the right to terminate the contract for convenience or for cause.
