CISCO CATALYST 9500 EQUIPMENT AND LICENSES

The City of Fremont is seeking bids for the purchase of Cisco Catalyst 9500 equipment and licenses. The equipment and licenses must be new and certified, and only authorized resellers can be used. The bid must include the lead time for delivery after the order is placed. The City reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive any irregularity. • The bid must be submitted electronically through the Periscope Holdings System. • The bid must include the Total Bid Amount, which is the total dollar amount to be paid by the City to the Bidder. • The bid must include a list of at least three references of other contracts, similar in scope to this project, which have been performed within the past three years. • The bid must include a certification that the Bidder has not given, nor intends to give, any economic opportunity, future employment, gift, loan, gratuity, special discount, trip, favor, or service to a public servant or any employee or representative of the City, in connection with this procurement.
