Description
The United States Navy is seeking information from potential contractors for the design and construction of barracks at the Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina. The project involves the installation of a fire alarm system, including an Intelligent Fire Alarm Control Panel (IFC-3030) and associated devices. The system must be compatible with the base-wide life safety infrastructure and meet the requirements of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Code 72. Interested vendors are invited to submit a brief capabilities statement package, including product technical information and specification sheets, to demonstrate their ability to provide the required products and services.
• The IFC-3030 is an intelligent fire alarm control panel designed for medium- to large-scale facilities.
• The system features a modular design, with up to 10 Signaling Line Circuits (SLCs) and support for up to 3,180 intelligent addressable devices.
• The system includes a large 640-character Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a full QWERTY keypad for programming and control.
• The system is compatible with a range of devices, including smoke detectors, manual stations, and notification appliances.
• The system meets the requirements of UL Standards 864 and 1076, and is designed to meet the requirements of NFPA 72.
