Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office East (RPOE), Network Contracting Office 4, intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Document Storage Systems, Inc. for a base year with four option years, exercisable at the Government’s discretion. The VISN 4 Medical Centers require Clinical Information Systems (CIS) DataBridge Suite Hospital Perpetual License software subscription maintenance and support with 24x7 coverage including bug fixes, minor release upgrades, and telephone support. The contractor shall provide DataBridge licensing, software updates, and support to seven VISN 4 Veterans Affairs Medical Centers.
• The contract includes a base year and four option years.
• The contractor shall provide licensing, upgrades, and upkeep for the currently installed DSS DataBridge within VISN 4 Medical Centers.
• The contractor shall provide unlimited software support for existing installed systems within VISN 4 facilities.
• The contractor shall comply with all VA policies, standards, and tools for managing systems development artifacts.
• The contractor shall comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and VA Directive 6102 and VA Handbook 6102 (Internet/Intranet Services).
