The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is seeking a vendor to provide a subscription to the Sonatype Platform, including ongoing support and professional services, under an emergency procurement process. The contract will be for an initial one‑year term with a possible one‑year extension, and the total estimated value is approximately $120 K. Responses must be submitted electronically by 3:00 PM Central Time on 30 Oct 2026.
• Scope: Provide Sonatype Platform subscription licenses, software updates, technical support, and professional consulting services as defined in the Statement of Work.
• Delivery: Cloud‑based SaaS platform; TxDOT will receive access credentials and ongoing maintenance.
