Registered Nurse Services for the Inpatient Department at the Cheyenne River Health Center

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide Registered Nurse services for the Inpatient Department at the Cheyenne River Health Center. The contract will be for a base year with two option years. The contractor will be required to provide nursing services, including charge duties, and must be able to work on Federal Government Recognized Holidays, weeknights, and weekends. The contractor must also be able to provide on-call services. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest-Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing nursing care to patients in the Inpatient Department • Performing charge duties as assigned by the department supervisor • Working on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays • Maintaining licensure and certifications as required • Adhering to the policies and procedures of the Cheyenne River Health Center • Participating in quality assurance and performance improvement activities The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
