The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources that can provide Brand name or Equal A-dec Ergonomic Dental Chair for VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The notice is for market information and planning for future acquisition, and responses will help the Government understand industry capabilities and determine the best approach for the acquisition.
• The required items include A-dec 511 Ergonomic Dental Chair, A-dec 532 TRAD Delivery System, A-dec 551STA Radius ASST INSTM, A-dec 521 Doctor's Stool, A-dec 522 Asst Stool, and Blanket Wrap Service.
• The vendor shall be an OEM authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM.
• No gray market items will be acceptable.
• The notice is not a solicitation announcement, and responses cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
