Purchase Cerna Birefringence Imaging Microscope for determining stress in diamond material

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a sole source purchase order to THORLABS Inc for the purchase of a Cerna Birefringence Imaging Microscope. This microscope will be used for determining stress in diamond material.
