Elevator & Escalator Preventative Maintenance & Repair Services

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide monthly preventative maintenance and repair services for elevators and escalators at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) and elevators at Reno-Stead Airport (RTS). The contract will be for an initial term of three years, from October 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, with an option for two one-year extensions. The successful contractor will be expected to provide maintenance services, including adjusting, repairing, or replacing parts and components as needed. • The contract will require the contractor to provide monthly preventative maintenance services. • The contractor will be responsible for adjusting, repairing, or replacing parts and components as needed. • The contract will be for an initial term of three years, with an option for two one-year extensions. • The successful contractor will be expected to have representation at the RTAA Board of Trustees' Meeting / Award Consideration.
