Description
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) is seeking bids for the Conner Complex Exterior Site Lighting Improvements project. The project involves the installation of new exterior site lighting at the Conner Laboratory Complex Administration Building. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and permits to complete the project. The project must be completed within 120 calendar days, with 90 days for substantial completion and 30 days for project close-out.
• The contractor must have an active Electrical Contractor's license.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonds.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a one-year warranty for all work and materials.
• The contractor must provide a list of subcontractors and their licenses.
• The contractor must provide references for similar projects.
The FDACS reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
