Two (2) Horizontal Boring Mills

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to issue a Sole Source Item to procure two Horizontal Boring Mills (HBMs) with a quantity option of one within one year of the base award. The contract requires turnkey services, including installation, foundation, shipping, rigging, post processor, OSHA certification, IUID tag, training, and technical data. The base contract completion is required in 470 days after the award. • The contract will be a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. • The solicitation will be Other Than Full and Open Competition. • The award will be made under FAR 15 procedures. • DFARS 252.204-7012, DFARS 252.204-7019, and DFARS 252.204-7020 will be included in the solicitation.
