Load test STBD Sideport Stores Crane

The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to load test the STBD Sideport Stores Crane on the USS TRIPOLI LHA-7. The contractor must have a current Master Agreement for Repair and Alteration of Vessels (MARAV) with the U.S. Navy in the form of either a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the Japan Region. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to occupational and health standards for shipyard employment. • The contractor must provide and maintain a quality management system acceptable to the Government. • The contractor must ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the contract requirements and specifications. • The contractor must submit a proposal that includes all required information, including pricing, technical information, and past performance data.
