The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) seeks a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to provide annual preventative maintenance and software support for two X5‑1316T Mini Grand Pro box‑making machines located at NARA’s College Park, MD facility. The effort includes on‑site maintenance visits, full‑time software support (hot‑line, remote login, upgrades, emergency call‑outs) for both KASEMAKE and KASECUT software licenses, and reimbursable travel expenses in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. The contract is for a one‑year period with the possibility of a six‑month extension option.
