Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is seeking a vendor to provide liquid argon delivery services, including the installation of a liquid argon micro bulk tank and associated services. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with a maximum ceiling price of $349,999.00. The vendor will be required to provide ultra high purity argon with 99.999% purity and ensure that the micro bulk tank is suitable for the safe storage of liquid argon and the vaporization of liquid argon.
• The contractor shall provide the liquid argon micro bulk tank materials and services as listed in Tables 1 and 2.
• The contractor shall ensure that the micro bulk tank has a 3000L tank with a 5K vaporizer and line regulator.
• The contractor shall provide delivery, set up, and testing of the micro tank.
• The contractor shall provide a yearly lease of the micro tank.
• The contractor shall provide delivery charges and hazmat charges.
The NSWCCD intends to award a firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The evaluation factors for award will be technical acceptability, past performance, and price.
