Linens for Department of Parks

The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Finance and Administration Cabinet is seeking bids for the provision of linens for the Department of Parks. The solicitation includes a separate bid sheet, Attachment C, which must be included as part of the bid response. Bidders must enter $0.01 in the Unit Price field on their electronic bid, and all actual pricing must be entered on Attachment C Bid Price Sheet. The evaluation criteria include bid information, best price, and best delivery. • The contract requires the provision of linens, with a quantity of 1.00000 EA. • The commodity group is TEXTILES, FIBERS, HOUSEHOLD LINENS, AND PIECE GOODS. • The bid submission instructions are included in the Terms and Conditions, Attachment A. • The vendor must comply with the provisions of the Solicitation and the terms and conditions, and failure to do so may result in ineligibility from further participation.
