Description
The West Virginia Department of Administration, Purchasing Division is seeking proposals for a Workflow Based Agentic AI, Automation, and E-Permitting System for the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) Division of Water and Waste Management (DWWM). The system should provide software or services for Underground Injection Control (UIC) Class 1 and Class 6 permitting. The scope of work includes turnkey setup, data migration, hosting, maintenance, support, and licensing renewal. The contract is expected to last for 5 years. Key features of the system include:
• Turnkey setup: Agentic AI, dashboard, and legacy integration
• Data migration: Historical data and GIS layer ingestion
• Hosting, maintenance, support, and licensing renewal for 5 years
• Custom enhancement labor (hourly bank)
• Cloud data storage overage (per GB)
• AI token usage allocation
