Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide regular and as-needed vault toilet pumping at multiple locations on the Grand Valley Ranger District within the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre, and Gunnison (GMUG) National Forests. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, supervision, permits, transportation, equipment, and insurance.
The key requirements for this opportunity include:
• Providing detailed explanations of the offeror's ability to perform the required services
• Addressing any requirements that cannot be successfully accomplished by the offeror
• Submitting a technical proposal and completed past performance questionnaire
• Pricing for all items as requested in Attachment 2, Schedule of Items.
