Description
The Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC) intends to make an award to S&P Global Inc (S&P) on a sole source basis for access to various financial products and services. The required products and services include S&P index data, commercial and proprietary legal entity identifiers, due diligence databases, fundamental data and datasets, macroeconomic research and analysis, integrated quantitative analytic product sets, entity centric quantitative data, corporate credit data, and credit rating data. The contractor must provide portal(s) for streamed data and a downloadable financial data solution. The contract is expected to be a long-term contract, but the exact duration is not specified.
• The contractor must provide access to S&P index data, including the S&P 500, S&P Mid Cap 400, and S&P Small Cap 600.
• The contractor must provide commercial and proprietary legal entity identifiers, including LEI data, for cross-referencing financial products and counterparty identification.
• The contractor must provide due diligence databases that monitor company ownership, financial products, and compliance risk.
• The contractor must provide fundamental data and datasets, including standard financial ratios and company Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• The contractor must provide macroeconomic research and analysis, including daily business and corporate news with financial ramifications.
