The contractor must provide full‑bleed, heavy‑ink printing on 70‑lb silk‑coated paper, perform pre‑flight and trapping, supply multiple proof sets, and handle packaging, labeling, and dual‑destination FOB‑Destination deliveries to Harpers Ferry, WV and El Morro National Monument, NM, with lift‑gate assistance and strict delivery windows.
