Lake Country School District Doors and Windows

The Lake Country School District is seeking a construction partner to complete a capital improvement project involving the replacement of doors and windows. The project includes replacing exterior glass doors, storefront, and interior vestibule doors, as well as exterior doors, door hardware, and associated frames. The contractor will be responsible for all associated scope, trades, and subcontractors related to the project, and will need to coordinate closely with the district to ensure that the project is completed in alignment with the school schedule and campus activities. The project is expected to commence in March 2026 and be completed by August 2026.
