Description
The City of Austin is seeking a contractor to provide pools and splash pad equipment, installation, and maintenance services. The contract will include the purchase of a variety of swimming pool and splash pad equipment, chemicals, and supplies, as well as installation services. The contractor will be responsible for providing a range of services, including maintenance, repair, and improvements to existing aquatic facilities, as well as installation of new pool and splash pad equipment. The contract will have an initial term of 12 months, with the option to extend for up to four additional 12-month periods.
Some key responsibilities of the contractor include:
• Providing a range of swimming pool and splash pad equipment and chemicals
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment
• Providing a single point of contact for the contract
• Meeting with the Contract Manager to discuss project timelines and work schedules
• Obtaining any necessary permits
• Adhering to regular business hours for work inside City facilities
• Providing record drawings and annotated specifications for the project
• Preparing and maintaining accurate and complete records of the work performed
