Description
Fayette County Public Schools is seeking firm pricing to provide and deliver paper products and janitorial supplies to multiple locations within the school district on a monthly basis. The supplies listed include brand-specific and non-brand-specific items, such as bathroom tissue, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, nitrile gloves, and floor pads. The successful respondent will be responsible for delivering the supplies to each location on a monthly basis and collaborating with the Facilities Services department on ordering and invoicing procedures.
• The contract term will begin from the time of award through June 30, 2027, with an option to renew for three additional terms.
• The respondent must provide firm pricing for all items listed in the solicitation.
• The respondent must comply with all terms and conditions contained in the solicitation, including the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act.
• The respondent must submit a completed Solicitation Response Form, Business Capability and Respondent Qualification Questionnaire, and other required documents.
